Phonetix (pronounced "foh - net - ix") is a versatile writer / producer / engineer / remixer, best-known for his work as one half of Soul'd Out (as featured on compilations by Ministry of Sound / Decadance UK, & as heard on Radio One). He is also well-known for his Bassline material, regularly appearing on Shaun Banger Scott's "Bassline Showcase".
Working under various guises he has collborated with / produced for / remixed some of the top talent around, including: - Mr Faizer, Jamie George, Genius Cru, Sumeet, Vex Music & Dean Anthoni; whilst also finding the time to make personal guest appearances on the BBC & Kiss 100FM along the way.
In February of this year, he won Capcom's "Street Fighter IV" Remix Competition, taking his music to a whole new audience & kick-starting numerous new projects. As such, the latter half of 2009 looks set to be a busy time for Pho'. Keep your eyes on this page for updates / free downloads very soon!
