About me:

My mantra since day one has been to elevate the game, and since 1998, Ive been spittin at clubs and jams from Denver to San Diego to New York, pushing to contribute to Hip Hop by challenging other Hip Hoppers to grow through knowlegde and skills. I beleive that Hip Hop can be used as a platform for spiriual enlightment. Over the years, Ive worked to cultivate my artistic craft continously, as one of the original members of Future Jazz Project (Winner 2004, 2005 "Best Jazz Band Award") and the Break Mechanics (Nominated 2004, 2005 "Best Hip Hop Group) and now as a solo artist. Ive shared the stage with greats like KRS-ONE, Slick Rick, The Roots, Zap Mamma and Al Green, to underground legends like Ozomatli, Psycho-Kinetics, Gift of Gab, Rah Foundashun and the Life Crew. Ive performed at venues such as Denver Black Arts Festival, The Fillmore, The Blue Bird Theater,Westword Music Showcases, Denver Peoples's Fair and the Coors Jazz Fest, skillfully rocking crowds from 20 people to 2000 people. What drives me is my spirituality, being Afrikan-centered, and the power of being myself. Combining my passion for music and stand for social justice and positive Hip Hop I continue the struggle at the grassroots level, teaching Hip Hop as a Hip Hop Educational Consultant, through my Consulting business, Represent! Hip Hop 101 for Adults Im an Emcee who speaks to my people about whats going on in the community, in the world, as opposed to money and material things. I want to contribute value to this culture,our culture. I'm making moves in 2008, as the newest on-air host of Mahogany Soul Child Radio, 89.3FM KUVO, every Saturday night from 9:00pm to 11:00pm playing the best Soul, Neo-Soul, R&B, Old School and Classic Hip Hop, launching my company A.S.R. Innertainment, dropping mixtapes, singles and EPs, (Spring and Summer 2008) and as always continuing on my spiritual path toward evolution.
