Sounds Like
Nothing and everything at once.
music written and inspired by mathematics, fractals, nature and life.
beauty in imperfection, imperfection in beauty.
Simplicity in Complexity, Complexity in Simplicity.
The gaps in between and what is taken away.
Silence and white noise living in harmony.
Harmony and noise living in silence
Sine, Square, Sawtooth, Triangle and combinations of all.
Little subtleties
Maximum wall of sound with no room to move
Empty sparseness with space all around
Juxtaposition of dark on light, and light on dark
The electricity before and after a storm
The moment your eyes shut
Sweetness and light...
My memories...
Started writing and composing tracks in 1998.
Varying styles of music have flowed through starting with gabba, hard house, techno, industrial, noise, acid and breakbeat, before settling into a slower groove with more ambient, noise/soundscape works, heavily influenced by drum n bass, breaks and hiphop, as well as quirky electro, and music that either most people fall asleep to or find incredibly boring (progressive ambient and stuff like that...) currently enjoying a bit of a noise revival, and dirty dark synths.
Setup includes Korg Electribe ES-1, Roland MC-303, Zoom 606 FX, Dodgy synths and soft-synths, random pedals, feedback loops and noise, a mixer that barely stands up and crackly leads.
PC running Abelton Live 6 and crazy VSTi's, Adobe Audition, FL Studio and Reason 3.
+++ Releases +++ Titania : August 2007 Moumou : July 2005 Moon June Spoon : June 2003 Piles of Granite and Gold : April 2002 Acidic 2.0 : October 2001 [a.i] : April 2001

been working on some new material since Titania, and so far am reasonably happy with the results. guitar/organ/bass/synth stuff. mellow and nice.
my latest creative effort is my beautiful baby girl, Elke, and her latest creative effort has been a big vomit on my pants...

Magic Moments in Berlin
The 5th German Beatbox Battle was a great success for the whole german beatboxing movement. More than 700 guests vistited the official championship event last saturday night at the Kalkscheune in Berlin, Mitte. This event was the big final contest for all 20 qualified beatboxing artists of the Beatbox Battle Club Tour 2007. The judges on stage were formed out of the professional artists Scratch (USA), Zeero (GER), Steff la Cheffe (CH), Jahdeck (PL) and DJ Mesia (GER). The host of the night was the event founder Bee Low from Berlin (GER).
His company Beatbox Battle Networks invited the Polish Beatbox Crew Al Fatnujah and the Swiss Beatbox Queen Steff la Cheffe to become a part of the show on stage. The highlight of the musicality line up was defenitely Scratch from Philly. When he entered the stage with his Loopmachine the German crowd went crazy. He showcased an awesome set of vocal scratchin and drum sounds. Scratch is a real pioneer in the vocal percussion scene. Maximum Respect to all involved artists.
We have published everything in our BBBTV Channel for you.
