    Did you make that up??? I had to look that crap up. And that guy doesn't exsist on the Yahoo search engine. Anywho apparently poc-a-dots ( and I will continue to spell it that way because I am GOD and there is no room for dissenting) are an ancient design and they just got that name because they were a Hot fashion in Britain at the same time as the POLKA dance. But By And Who And What.... I still don't know the name of the first person to put them on underwear.

    HiLOW Lippy La. I was just chillin here in the library awaiting my 12 o'clock oppertunity to take a test and I had a thought. It came with no answer so I had another.
