Mariano Martinez (phunktastike) started to get involved into electronic music production at the age of 20 years old, he passed five years exploring the most of styles within the genre and defining his own and unique style.
Around year 2005, he started to contact local djs in order to promote his music.One year later, on Ricky Ryan and Lucas AbadiÂ..s help, his music stared to turn around the world, capturing the attention of bigger Djs like Luke Fair, Desyn Masiello , Jody Wisternoff (Way Out West) and many more.
Along his career he had demonstrated his huge talent to produce from house to tech house and most of styles within electronic music genre, and that is for sure one of his key strenghts, that gave him the chance to remix artists like Nightriders , Karran and Porter, D Pulse, Amine Edge, Add2Basket, Interplay and also the chance to sign his stuff on renowned labels like Extrema Records (NL) Baroque (UK) and Only Records (UK).
His great taste for music and dedication to find music, was very well recognized by Symphonic Records, the label managed by Desyn Masiello, which called him to work as A&R for the label.
As a DJ he knew how to get a place into the electronic music scene in South America, his talent to build that eclectic mixes he does , always full of energy and good vibe, captured the attention of many promoters of best clubs in South America, what gave him the chance to play at top venues sharing the both with many renowned djs such us Rowan Blades, 16Bit Lolitas, Matt Rowan , Jaytech, Ricky Ryan, Lucas Abadi among others.
Nowadays with a good amount of releases on sale and his own radio show at pure fm, Mariano Martinez moved to Spain and he is positioning himself into the European Electronic Music Scene.
