About me:

I am 17 and go to Chattanooga School for the Arts and Sciences. All classes are honors classes which is tough. I play piano as well, and want to be a concert pianist who composes music for a living. I play for weddings, parties, nursing homes, concerts, competitions...basically, I play anything, anywhere, anytime I get the opportunity. I was in a couple competitions last year. I placed first in one of them and earned a $1000 scholarship award, and won $500 in another competition. 3 years ago I auditioned for governor's school. There were over 1,000 other applicants, and I was picked out of about 12 others to go, I am very excited about it. If you don't know what governor's school is, it's an all expenses paid summer camp that has different branches ranging from math to music to science. I will be going for piano for about 5-6 wks, during which I will be surrounded by other great musicians. I will also be practicing piano a lot and learning about music. It's a place where I can learn with other students that have similar interests to mine. 3 years ago I played Bach's Brandenburg #5(it's on my music play list) with my school orchestra. I also played Fifth Symphony by Shostakovitch with an all state orchestra in Nashville. I hope to continue playing every chance I get, and make as many friends as possible along the way, the more friends, the better. ..

Virtual Haircut Put your headphones on (audio).

This is the coolest sound clip ever!!! HOWEVER you must use headphones when listening to hear the virtual/3d effect . The sounds seem to be around you as if they are real, but this is caused by the algorithem used to make these clips. Close your eyes while listening for most realistic experience.
