Picasso's Voice are a 4 piece band from Ryde, Isle of Wight. We are currently working on the final line up of the band and are currently writing and practicing, in the hopes of recording and gigging soon. Picasso's Voice were originally started under the name of 'Kill Casanova' in 2005 by founding members Kit 'Jonky Tonk' Conrad and Nathan 'Babyface' White. Around two years later a close friend, James 'Fish' Fishwick decided to join the band, playing bass and guitar. The band went on to experiment with line ups and musicians until they decided to start a fresh, with the new name of 'Picasso's Voice' in early 2009 when Dave Rutherford joined the band on bass and guitar. The band starting writing lyrics and making up riffs and were in search of a drummer, so in May 2009 Kit asked a friend of his and Nath's to join the band at a practice the following week to see how it goes, he joined them at a band practice and ever since that day Alex McInnes has been the drummer for the band. We are currently trying out a few things with the line up as Dave Rutherford left the band to focus on other projects and are getting a setlist together in order to gig and record.
We play a mix of originals and covers so if you are in need of a band to play a gig, party or function, look no further!
