About me: Recently moved up to NewcastleGateshead after bagging a lovely new job working for Midway Newcastle. I wrangle pixels and push vectors until they cry out in pain, for I am the King of Tormenting. Hooray! I play too many videogames and not enough time working on hand-drawn artwork. In fact, I should be off this computer now and actually getting down and stuck in with some artwork. Need some inspiration though. May just play videogames all night while chugging beer. Ah, the joys of the weekend. Send me things.
Who I'd like to meet: Brian Blessed, Annie, Kylie, Borat, The Queen, Christopher Lee, Peter Jackson. Shigsy Miyamato
Thanks Steven, nice to hear it Sir. Please do drop by again and please spread the good word. And of course if it takes your fancy the album's available too.
I hate to do this to you, but every little helps.
or is it asda price?
in fact, i feel downright evil, writing comments trying to make you come to a gig. well i'm still doing it.
we're playing the the newcastle academy tonight. pimpin!
we played here last year and it was possibly the best gig we've ever done.
see you tonight!
X
p.s. the program I'm mailing you on is being funny, so if you're in newcastle-under-lyme or new york or indeed anywhere except newcastle, sorry! we'll be with you shortly. ,
freakin amazing! I've never heard that clip before....it's brilliant. I love the Xfm stuff - it's all gut laughter for me though. I really want to get Cult Of Karl to those guys somehow....we've got really similar taste in music...I think they might dig it! The mere fact that Pilkington, Gervais, and Merchant ended up in the same room together is solid proof of the existence of order and meaning in the universe.
Remember the time we were teaching swimming lessons at the Y and as I was giving the epic "if you pee in the pool this special dye we have will make a big purple cloud and then god will hate you" speech you unleashed a well timed vile of purple food coloring between my unsuspecting legs.
Allright! Lovin' the hot Paperface obscure b-side profile song action. I never really got around to naming that song....I think it was officially called Drumz. Clever. Pixel artist = coolest job ever.
(a) Where's my name? (OK, forgive you that one...)
(b) Can't believe you said words similar to "I know bands you've never even heard of!!!" - sounds slightly familiar that phrase. ("....oooooeoeoeeeahahahahahahaAHAHAHAHahahahAHAHaooOOOOOO!!!" - the standard Steve noise for OMG )
