About me:
The Pierce Sociology Club was founded by our faculty advisor Dr. Anna Bruzzese (We LOVE Anna!!) in Fall of 2006. It is the club's mission to create a fun atmosphere to expierence sociology and just being all around social. Over the past couple semesters more and more members have joined the club to create what we feel is one of the best clubs on campus. (But we love all the other Pierce Clubs too!) Some of the fun activities we have done as a club include: Club Carnival, Club Rush, Guest Speakers, End of Semester parties, and our now famous FREE HUGS campaign (we were featured in a Fall 2007 issue of the Pierce Roundup).

Yeah, I was called a hug slut. Yesterday was Free Hugs day and after(!!!) hugging this one girl in particular, she said she thought I was a hug slut. And you know what? She couldn't have been more right, haha! :D The event this semester was GREAT! Being able to stay for the whole duration was coolness, as there was plenty of hugs to go 'round at the Pierce mall (I'm still on a hug high!)! Everyone who showed up was awesome, be it club members or friendly strangers who came and chose to pick up a sign.
So props go out to those who participated! It was good times! Hopefully everyone's having a great week! See y'all laterrr!
