The Pig Pen Music Festival is an intimate, outdoor, live music event held every September at High Farm in Elwick, near Hartlepool.
This year's festival will take place on...
Saturday 5th September 2009
at High/Farm, Elwick in Hartlepool
A limited number of Early Bird tickets will be on sale from 12.00 midday on Saturday 18th April 2009 and are available only from:
OTHERTOURS, (The Other Record Shop), 5 Errol Street, Hartlepool, TS26 8AG
01429 262225 / www.othertours.co.uk
The festival is a ticket-only event. There'll be no entry on the gate without a ticket.
Early Bird tickets are priced at £15.00 plus booking fee - (no charge for tents).
Children aged 11 or under will be admitted free of charge. Children 12 years and over will require a ticket. Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult. Vehicle parking will be charged on the gate on the day.
There will be a licensed bar on the festival site and whilst we allow small amounts of drinks to be brought in from outside the site, we would ask that drinks not purchased from the festival bar to be kept to an absolute minimum as the survival of the festival is heavily dependant upon bar-takings. The bar prices will be reasonable, so please help us to keep the festival going by using the festival bar.
In case you don't already know, we are kicking off the first Infinity Spring Festival at The Georgian Theatre in Stockton-On-Tees TOMORROW (May 15th) to mark the opening of the Infinity Bridge over the the River Tees, linking the University on the South Bank to Stockton.
The Infinity Spring Festival will be the second of 6 local Festivals that we will be playing at this year, having headlined the main stage of the Red Festival at The Empire, Middlesbrough in April. The other festivals will include playing two gigs in two different venues on the same day for Middlesbrough Music Live Warm Up Event in June and playing at the Official Stockton Riverside Fringe Festival in August.
Not only that, but we have been selected as one of only 72 bands out of 3500 UK applicants to perform at the first ever "Brit Bus" UK Showcase Tour. We will be performing at The Other Rooms in Newcastle on Monday 1st June for a place on an international tour across the UK, USA, India and Australia and a possible record deal.
