About me:
PikesPeakWriters.com
Pikes Peak Writers is a 501c3 Non-profit based out of Colorado Springs, Colorado...but members can live anywhere in the world.
PPW promotes and produces literary events; provides an educational forum for the study of the craft of writing; serves and promotes the literary arts, and demonstrates the relevance of those arts to contemporary life and culture.
Pikes Peak Writers sponsors the annual Pikes Peak Writers Conference, offers monthly workshops and produces the bi-monthly Pikes Peak Writers NewsMagazine. Monthly Write Brain sessions, held on the second Tuesday of most months, are FREE to members. In addition, PPW sponsors regular Open Critique workshops and a number of writing competitions throughout the year.
The 2009 Pikes Peak Writer's Conference will be held April 24-26, 2009 at the Marriott Hotel in Colorado Springs. Registration for PPW members begins January 15, 2009. Registration for non-PPW members begins February 1, 2009.
