We're Pikey Beatz, we started out by jamming as a group of mates any where we could find the space; fields, corridors, festivals and train stations! We are still a group of mates and we still jam whenever and wherever the feeling takes us. That's how music is supposed to be.
Our debut album is now on sale at our gigs, so far we have had alot of positive feedback to do with this, so thankyou to everyone who has made any comments =]

GENERAL UPDATES
As usual apologies for we have been pretty unactive at the moment, this is mainly due to the fact that most of us have been away throughout the summer, most recently and notably is solfest, however we should be more active throughout the rest of the year and onwards.
BAND UPDATES
We have been incredibly busy this summer playing numerous gigs, some of which were small, yet some huge for what we usually play, the weekend that has just passed we played Solfest which was amazing for us...mainly because its been our dream for the last 5 years we have been to the festival, we were truly amazed at how many people came to watch us and even more so how many of you actually danced so a HUGE thankyou to everyone who came and we will hopefully be playing again next year.
This coming weekend we are also playing the Eden Festival which should be good so if your going to be there, come see us!
Also a huge good luck to our drummer Tom Reed and our growler and uke player Kyle Wilson who are both heading of to university soon, but do not worry the band shall continue, so look out for some possible gigs around the Derby and Edinburgh areas.
Thats pretty much all thats been going on recently, so watch this space for more updates soon.
