Oct 8th - 8pm - £7 i know it short notice but we've just been offered this support slot at the sage. so get along if you can. Black Affair is Steve Mason (erstwhile betaband frontman). The music he performs and mixes reeks of old school R ‘n’ B, electro, early hip-hop, Chicago house, Detroit techno, even the synth-pop of Kraftwerk, Yazoo, The Human League, Depeche Mode, Soft Cell and New Order. **** Q Magazine mushi mushi's machine-gun electronic sound avoids any categorisation, but we'll try anyway: they are the missing link between Client and Devo, between Fugazi and the Chemical Brothers, between Man Or Astroman? and Add N to (X).
