About Pillowblock

PillowBlock was forged in the depths of metro-Detroit in December 2001.The band was formed by four guys that bring a wide variety of musical influence and experience to create a heavy emotion-filled sound. Pillowblock has completed three demo CD's, the first in 2001, 2003 and another in 2005.They have played countless shows in Michigan and done shows in Ohio, Illinois, Missouri and Pennsylvania as well.They have opened for such national bands as Fear Factory, Lamb of God, Opeth, Devil Driver, Anthrax,C.O.C, Dope,Crowbar,Children of Bodom,Shadows Fall,Poison The Well,Stapping Youg Lad, Throwdown and many others....
