Customization
Each cup includes 5 free letters. Additional characters cost $3 per letter. All numbers and special characters - like #,!,@,1,2,3,4 etc. - cost $3 per number or special character.
NOTE: EXTRA LETTER(S), NUMBER(S) AND SPECIAL CHARACTER(S) CHARGES ARE NOT COLLECTED WHEN YOU COMPLETE THE ORDERING PROCESS THROUGH THE WWW.CRUNKCUPS.COM WEB SITE. AFTER WE REVIEW HOW YOU WANT YOUR CUP CUSTOMIZED, WE EMAIL TO YOU A SEPARATE PAY PAL REQUEST TO COLLECT ANY EXTRA CHARACTER CHARGES. ONCE THAT REQUEST IS PAID, YOUR ORDER IS PRODUCED AND SHIPPED. YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO HAVE A PAY PAL ACCOUNT TO ORDER FROM US. ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS AND CHECK BY ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER (EFT) ACCEPTED.
Turnaround
From the time an order is paid for, cups are produced and shipped within 48 hours. Large volume orders may take longer to produce. If we anticipate an order taking longer than 48 hours to produce, we will contact you shortly after your payment is processed to give you an approximate turnaround time for your order.

You can drink from our cups, but we warn AGAINST pouring extremely HOT liquids into the cup, as such liquids being poured into the cup can damage it. Though we assume it to be obvious, we must note that these cups are NOT actually made of genuine gold, platinum, silver and/or diamonds. Cups that are made of real gold, platinum, silver and/or diamonds actually costs tens of thousands of dollars to make. Our cups are not expensive jewelry pieces. They are only meant to be inexpensive and fun novelty items enjoyed as gifts, prizes or costume accessories for those who enjoy them.
CrunkCups are made of an inexpensive gold or platinum coated material. They have a brilliant shine which can be easily maintained by wiping them gently with any dry soft cloth or microfiber towel.
