Click here to enter the Pink Grease Forum We started in 2001 and ripped a fire through Sheffield when it was still BORING as SIN and before we knew it we had a small record deal and were playing gigs in New York and all over London, ha ha! The music press has been good but dont seem to know what to do with us cos we dont fit into their neat and tidy white boy indie agenda/formats. Mostly they dont know which hole to put us in, well fuck off!! We signed with Daniel Millers amazing MUTE records and gave them an album - THIS IS FOR REAL. Now we have finished our new 2nd album which will see the next evolution of our subterranean glam electronic rock group. It will be out in 2007. Guitars are great but we are using more synthesisers now, however we are still producing hi N R G pedal-to-the-floor cerebral and visceral bodymusic rock!! We wish to channel those unspoken sleazy depths of love and anger for which there are no words to describe. Just Music XX ....................................

I bought a copy of mechanical heart in leeds hmv a couple of years ago but ive had a disaster!... its broken, cracked,.... dead! It kinda flew out of my comuter drive and under the wheel of my chair....i cried a bit! .....BUT ALSO!.... (and far more importantly!....) My ex partner has thankfully moved far far away.... but!!!! took my very very tresured All Over You CD!!!!!!!
I was just thinking back to a rather memorable experience with you lot at Nottingham's Stealth around 2006. You were supporting Kaiser Chiefs if I'm not mistaken.
Anyway, just thought I'd let you know that it was the best live performance I've ever seen. The crowd just 'got' it, didn't they? Your bassist stole the show in his Y-Fronts.
Quality.
Get back on the road. The music scene is shit without the G.R.EASE to glam it up. x
