Pinklogik is the brainchild of Jules (AKA Julie Straw). Her musical creations flirt mostly with electronic glitched out ambience, with the odd uptempo surprise here and there.
She was born on March 10th 1976 and grew up in Nottinghamshire, England, and discovered her love of electronic music at a very young age. Jules started experimenting with her own electronic sounds and music at the mere age of 16, her first set up consisted of an Amiga 600 computer, a sampling cartridge, some sampling and sequencing software and an old Yamaha keyboard with a digital synthesizer on it.
Today, Jules uses a more developed midi set up comprising of Cubase SX and various softsynths. She now resides near Bristol and this is where she does most of her work. Jules has 3 types of synaesthesia (Sound-->Colour, Time-->Space and grapheme) and is also a committed vegan (since the age of 26).
I'm enjoying listening to your work. I particularly enjoyed, 'Corrupt Equation'. Also the LTTHF remix teaser sounds great. The second track on that is particularly appealing. Nice work. :)

The productive electronic pilot, weird multi-instrumentalist, extraordinary shining performer and magical workaholic. His personal output has already more than 2000 tracks and still counting. This new release "Detimorya" is bursting with beautiful electronic walls of sound and trance inducing rhythms, as you listen disturbing moody soundscapes become uplifting shimmering melodies. Jules, we took in another dog last week - another big dog - another Bull Mastiff just like Simon. In fact when we turned up to collect him from the vet where he had been castrated we thought it was Simon from a distance ! - He is however underweight and up close looks like an old man despite only being 18 months. He was due to be put to sleep last week & a volunteer at the kennels where he had been staying asked me if I could fit him in. It is very hard to say no & know that my decision would mean the end of his life, so despite being in the position we are in and with 35 Dogs in the house as it is, we said we would try & help him.
I have not had a chance to take pictures of him yet, but will do so soon.

I've just spent a relaxing half hour listening to your own tracks, Corrupt Equation and Fuschia I think are the two I would enjoy the most when chilling / coming down after a long night of partying. Very soothing! Love it.
Have you had a listen to my mate Tim, (Roland from Poland) in my top friends, some of his stuff is really cool. Almost jazzy in places but very gentle.

Didn't think the remake of The Wickerman was that bad, eh? Well, all I can say is, check out the original. It's dated a little but wipes the floor with Nic Cage making a fool of himself.
I'm currently working on the third show... you'll have to wait and see where you end up in the top 16.
