Guitarist Pete Vachon, Bassist Adam Croteau, and Drummer Andre Tranchemontagne moved into their West End apartment in the Fall of 2007 and transformed their living space into a fully functioning practice and recording studio. The three teamed up with Guitarist Jeff Roberts and began writing and recording their EP "Two for the Road."
"Two for the Road," grabbed the attention of friends, fans, and press with songs that touch on the energy of the Descendents and Able Baker Fox and has the thought and emotion of Brand New and American Football. Soon after its Spring release, Pinsky began playing throughout Maine, Massachusetts and New Hampshire. As 2008 ended, Two for the Road" earned Pinsky 5th Best EP of 2008 by the Portland Phoenix.
2009 continues to show progress for the band. The band recorded two new demos which will be featured on the Spring release of the deluxe version of "Two For the Road," which will also featured their music video for fan favorite "Beverly."
Keep an eye out for Pinsky as they play shows around New England in the coming months.
Thanks for listening to all the music! Death In The Park is still together. They are some of my best friends and we hope to back on the road sometime soon! -Andy
