Pinups for Pit Bulls works to educate the public about the history and temperament of the American Pit Bull Terrier and Mixed Bully Breeds, to raise awareness about Breed Specific Legislation and breed-specific abuse, and to raise funds for bully-breed-friendly rescues and dogs in need.
Our goal is to reestablish the defamed reputation of the Pit Bull as America's premier companion animal, war hero, and therapy dog.
Who I'd like to meet:
Everyone who wants to help us aide bullys and bully-breeds and in fighting BSL!

I have sent you a pic of my 8 yr old adopted "baby" Moxie in the past...I now have a new 3 mo. old pup named Rocco. I will share pics of him as soon as I get some uploaded. Keep up the great work you are doing! There are many fantastic pitties in new loving homes because of you! THANK YOU for making more people aware!
"...can you help "Freeway", a beautiful dog that fell out of someones truck on the interstate? He is currently at the Downtown Animal Hospital, 113 W. Clarence Street, Lake Charles, La. 70601 tel. 337-439-2321, Dr. J. Carter is the veterinarian. "Freeway" is very friendly with the veterinary staff, has a broken leg, road rash, intestinal parasites, and heart worms. The dogs owner continued driving, after treatment we'll try to adopt him out to a good parent. He should be able to recover with proper treatment. So far $150 was donated on his behalf by a local Dog Rescue group. If you have connections with animal rescue groups, please pass the word."
He's a very handsome fellow, black & white pit bull.
I wish I could be in Philly to celebrate with all of you and enjoy the festivities you have planned. I hope that it's a great turn out and that a lot of money is made to benefit our beautiful bully breed...:)
