uuuuuhhhh hhuuhhhh! and thats why custmer's always come in wit an attitude, because they already know what they're gonna deal with lol one of my customers was cussing up a storm because she had a $5 coupon which means she knew i was going to need a key for an override! lol u shoild've seen her i was laughing my behind off, but then i got mad when she went to the podium and started actin a fool!
lol ur not lying about that one! do you know how many customers threw a fit because i had to wait atleast 10 minutes each time i needed a key. that was funny, but suck because the customers would sometimeswalk to the bookerunners and embarasse the heck outta them lol
