About me: Pirate Kisses is a awesome new British themed scene/emo/Indie-Pop clothing brand!
We are a small clothing company based in Bath, Somerset with the
aim of bringing the bright colours & cute designs of japanese kawaii
style clothing to the UK.
The name Pirate Kisses, comes first and foremost from our obsession with anything piratey! and secondly because pirate crossbones look like an 'x' or 'kiss'.
We wanted to create something that would be cute, but completely unique and unlike all the other clothing brands currently on sale in the UK, something that girls from 10 - 30 and beyond would love.. inspired by our love of Japanese style, especially the trends on the streets of Harajuku! and combining all the things that we personally LOVE, like tattoo's, hearts, stars, cupcakes, hearts with wings, diamonds, pirate crossbones and many more but with a completely British theme.
There are many awesome brands out there, tokidoki, hello kitty & Harajuku lovers being some of our favourites, but they are very often american or japanese and are very difficult to get hold of merchandise or even know that they exist in the UK, and if you do manage to get there products, they usually cost more in shipping the the price of the product! So we set out to create something original, unique and BRITISH!, it's not something we have come across before.
We hope that Pirate Kisses helps in some way to bring the cute & unique trends of Japanese fashion to the UK
