DC rock band P.I.hit the local music scene in the summer of 2004, when founding members Gerry Avila (vocals) and Jo-Jo Valenzuela (guitarist) decided that its time to immortalize their creativity into songs. The result are compositions, influenced by a hybrid of alternative rock and heavy metal, based on reality, fantasies and lies.
Often seen playing in different bars in the DC metro area, P.I. have also spread their infectious music into numerous places in New York and New Jersey, to the legendary Opera House in Toronto, Canada.
Known for their electrifying live shows with a barrage of catchy vocal melody lines, ethereal guitar harmonies, groovy bass lines and heart pounding drums-- P.I. can get you intoxicated even in sobriety.
