Jimi Hendrix, Brian May, Steve Vai, Frank Zappa, Greg Howe, Joe Satriani, Gary Hoey, Albert King, Freddie King, Frank Marino, Robin Trower, Muddy Waters, Howlin Wolf, Robert Johnson, Ernie Isley, and every good guitar riff I've ever heard live, on the radio, or in concert
Sounds Like
People say I sound the most like Jimi Hendrix and that if you close your eyes while I'm playing, you will think he's come back to life. I like to think I am a good combination of my predecessors and that I have my own unique sound. Come to one of my gigs and decide for yourself
I am a shredding guitar player that uses various musicians for backup. Currently I have the Youngbloods kicking ass. Aaron on Bass and Bobby Zoeller on drums will blow you away. If you can't remember what it's like to have the energy of an 18 and 19 year old ---- you've got to see them. My "A" team is Geoffrey on Bass and Mark on Drums --- these are who the Youngbloods hope to be when they grow up.
Myself, I live and breathe the guitar. Besides my band, here is a laundry list of SOME of the people I have shared a stage with or opened for over the years, Cheap Trick, Foreigner, Foghat, Traffic, Slash, The TRUE Band of Gypsy's Buddy Miles and Billy Cox (Jimi Hendrix's bass and drums), Eric Gales, Otis Rush, KoKo Taylor, Buddy Guy, Billy Branch and the Son of Blues, Melvin Taylor (he was my teacher), Junior Wells, Kenny Wayne Shepard and Johnny Lang, Ronnie and Lonnie Brooks, Bo Diddley, Freddie Jones Band, Gatemouth Brown, Howard Tate, Corey Stevens, Kinsey Report, Gary Hoey........ well, you get the idea. The beat and the list goes on.
I have played in Poland, Japan, Canada, and all over these United States. I appeared on Showtime At the Apollo (came in 2nd) because the female trumpet player looked DAMN good in her mini skirt. I won the Jimi Hendrix Electric Guitar Competition Midwestern Division and took a trip to Seattle for the finals. Several Thousand people entered this contest and only 100 were chosen for the competition. From that 100 only 10 went on to Seattle. I was one of the 10. The picture of me with Al Hendrix (Jimi's Dad) is when he presented me with top prize in Chicago.
I believe in playing with all my heart and soul whether it's for 2 people or 20,000 people. I hope you will agree when you come out and see me
Time doesn't wait and neither should you. The sooner you get your PR campaign launched, the sooner you'll see results. I've worked PR for international record labels and you can have me in your corner for as little as 100 a month - that's 25 a week - email me today and get your career moving toward the next level. Of course, if you are happy just staying where you are, then you don't need to do any PR, but if you want to move forward, get in touch today.
Thanks for approving my friend request. Don't forget, whether you need some tips on a press release, a full PR campaign or anything in between, I can handle it for you. Just drop me an email and let all your musician friends know about my PR service. And subscribe to my blog for some tips.
