you win, anna and i (kirk) are getting a divorce. i can't take it anymore. just so you know all i wanted to do is have a family and help a mother and her daughter bond. when anna and i first got together amber had a restraining order against her mother. if you came to our wedding you would have seen eden, tony v's ex-girlfriends daughter, as the flower girl. now they are inseperable. amber loves her mother and like me believes she is a good person. i believed with the love and strength i posses plus the large amount of caring understanding friends and family i thought i could help her through her problem. however a few of my "so called" friends and my brother (tony v) took upon themselves to judge and put me in the same problem bracket as my wife. i have never had a problem, that i couldnt handle, with any of the "shit" i have done in my past and i dont have one now. and belive me i have done a lot of shit in my time. i dont know how i can prove this without being called "spun". this touches me deeply hurts even deeper. so i do get excited when i am judged on something so sensitive, when ppl hear one side of a story and nothing from the "one" the story is created about i get pissed this is very unfair not only to me, but to a mother and her daughter. amber (my stepdaughter) told her mother last sat, after i spent the morning going through a bunch of my cd's with her, that her own father has never bonded so close to her. see her real father is emotionally unavailable per amber. if you know me i have plenty of emotion and i love my daughter and wife. ever since my brother kicked me out, and his son and his girlfriend, i have been told by ppl to buck up be the bigger man and apologize. well i have sent the letter about "nails in the fence" i have wished him a happy birthday. and not a reply from him. i get calls weekly from friends like brian snow, al miranda a grip more telling me i need to tell my brother to lighten-up. i cant tell him anything.
so i got tired of it and clocked him in the eye. i am not proud of what i did and i wasnt spun. we havent done any shit in 5 weeks however i was totally jacked on tequila and pissed as a hornet. i cant take it back, but when i see grafitti in tracy's place saying, "tony v is a snitch" from david bandito. (good luck with that one by the way) and i keep getting calls asking what is wrong with my brother, you need to tell him to lighten-up. not to mention the "atta boys" and the "he had it commins" i dont loose sleep over it. and yes i do sleep. the fight is between me and my brother not me and some divine (r.i.p.) wannabe from the piston packin mamas. and sabina if you are stickin up for your man, dont you think its wierd that a GUEST drummer, who was never even asked to play the show OPENS the show while the real drummer for bigtop is walking around the club pissed off. brian on stage told me i had a lack in communication, then later that night he tells me "Oh, i guess i could have told you on the ride down there." ya or while we were there before the set or anytime. i was wondering why i was getting so much attitude from tom until i got onstage and saw chris behind the drums. and i was sticking up for tom and told brian i never even asked chris to play tonight. but this was my lack in communication, my problem. if any of you cared about me or my family you would ask not attack. even sober i will spin out when my buttons pounded. this is a very sensitive issue and has nothing to do with a penciled eyebrowed bitch let alone being spoke about in public places after being threatned. the good thing about this whole thing is i have really found out who my friends are. and i know they are not on this profile. kristen keck-snow, ramie esquvelle, guy bowlin, chris thornberry these are ppl who listen and belive in my strength not judge and chastize. like brian fritts, tom pulley, tony verhey. FUCK THAT HURTS!!!
