We are a small independent record label based out of San Jose CA, we started in the summer of 2007 working with local hard rock and metal bands and have since progressed into specializing in heavy metal promotion as well as recording. In the two years that we have been booking shows we have gathered a clientel list of well over 1000 bands which includes several big name bands such as All Shall Perish and Light This City. We at Pitch Black Records are dedicated to finding and working with the most talented and hard working metal bands as well as bringing back the local metal scene to the Bay Area and beyond.
