Well... P.J.' s voice is unique. It's BOLD... It's CLEAR and when she sings, you can't help but notice! P.J. doesn't take a 'standard' song and try to 'sound' like the original artist. "Movin' On": It's finally here!~~ This CD is more 'mainstream'... not as 'traditional' as P.J.'s 'debut' CD back in 1994... probably due to the fact that P.J. personally wrote 10 of the 11 songs on it, with a 'brave' mixture of some traditional country... modern country... a sassy 'blues' tune... a 'pop' ballad...... the excitement has been building for this album for quite some time! P.J. is very 'diverse' in her writing styles and her capability to sing across the board makes for a fantastic variety that will literally cross 'borders', so to speak, and there is something that appeals to everyone!
It's now here... and it's entered the market with a 'bang'. "Game of Life" is WENT TO No. 1 on the Indieworld Music Charts (June 27th) and has been on their charts since January 25th! "Movin' On is No. 2 in Switzerland, No.13 in Belgium and No. 39 in Spain as of this writing... It was also noted as the 47th most played song this week, per the European CMA. To top it all off, at one point, P.J. had 4 singles from this album to hit the TOP 20 (at the same time) on the European-American-Asian Entertainment Network charts... never before done, according to their CEO! The album kicked off her first European tour with Paul Mateki, also from Texas. The two of them received "Duet of the Year - 1996" for their collaboration of "Friends Forever", written by Paul. busy week for me, which is good though. Had a doctor's appointment, my
