The only true relationship I will ever have
♥Plaidchuck and ♥Punk rock
Are rumoured to have conceived four beautiful girls.
Wish to lovingly serenade each other periodically.
I gotta admit I'm a sucker for this new wave of melodic hardcore/metalcore or whatever the fuck you wanna call it like: From Autumn to Ashes, Rise Against, Alexisonfire, Underoath, Funeral for a Friend, As I Lay Dying, Haste the Day, Unearth, Bleeding Through,etc..
But in the end it's always gonna be about Punk rock: leftover crack, nofx, vandals, opiv, the queers, rancid, the exploited, the business, lars and the bastards, dropkick murphys, F-Minus, the suicide machines, the misfits, the living end, tiger army, nekromantix, , sloppy seconds, the dwarves, swingin utters, descendents, screeching weasel, against all authority, chocking victim, the foamers, the clash, black flag, circle jerks, too many to fucking list!
Movies
I love deep movies that make me think, but on a usual basis I will go for the comedy because I want something thats gonna make me forget about problems for a while. I also dig sci-fi and war movies. As far as favorites go for serious movies: Full Metal Jacket (Or any of the Stanley Kubrick films), American Beauty, Fight Club, 8MM, Summer of Sam, Suburbia, Decline of Western Civilization, Saving Private Ryan, Black Hawk Down, We Were Soldiers, Seven, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, Star Wars, the early Star Trek movies (1-V), 2001: A Space Odyssey, Dune, the Matrix, Interview with the Vampire, the list goes on..
Comedy: Any of the 80s party movies, American Pie Movies, Road/Euro trip, any Adam Sandler movie, the Kevin Smith movies, CKY and Jackass..
Heroes
Shit, pretty much all the people in the bands I listed, specifcally: Jello Biafra, Ian McKaye, Henry Rollins, Eddie Vetter, Ben Weasel, Fat Mike, any activist, my best friend Q, my friends, my parents.
Just got back from the Army and it's been a hero's welcome, thanks brothers, sisters, everyone for the warm welcome home.
I feel like I'm still youthful and exuberant without being TOO immature (but it still happens from time to time). When I look in the mirror I don't see someone pushing thirty, I still see a silly kid who is happiest making people laugh, going to shows, and just being a character.
I was in the Army for 4 years and it was fun and exciting obviously with deployment to Iraq and Korea. I know it's the past but as they say you never completely leave the desert. I am hoping I can take what I've learned to avoid making the same mistakes and make myself a better person. I often try to rise above humanity's problems and try to make some profound statement in life but in the end I am just a guy who enjoys kicking it at home with friends and family and having a beer.
I can't even begin to tell you that I am probably the one person in the world that appreciates the most your pic of Don Vito and Bam *rotflmao* those are my favorite parts of Viva La Bam; I used to live not very far from them and I worked right next door to some of his buddies; How are things with you? I haven't heard from you in a while and I locked myself away for about two weeks (long story... I swallowed too many drugs haha)
Remember Driving Home From Austin Drink As Hell? Ahh Yes Gary Remember Those Girls That Wanted To Follow Us Home And You Thought Were Cops And Yelled At Them? Humm.... And Remember Blaring Gun's And Roses? Awesome Times Ill Never Forget It Bro.

Two men were sitting next to each other at a bar. After a while, one guy looks at the other and says, "I can't help but think, from listening to you, that you're from Ireland "
The other guy responds proudly, "Yes, that I am!"
The first guy says, "So am I!
And where about from Ireland might you be?"
The other guy answers, "I'm from Dublin , I am."
The first guy responds, "Sure and begora, and so am I! And what street did you live on in Dublin ?"
The other guy says, "A lovely little area it was, I lived on McCleary Street in the old central part of town."
The first guy says, "Faith & it's a small world, so did I! So did I! And to what school would you have been going?"
The other guy answers, "Well now, I went to St. Mary's of course."
The first guy gets really excited and says, "And so did I. Tell me, what year did you graduate?"
The other guy answers, "Well, now, let's see, I graduated in 1964."
The first guy exclaims, "The Good Lord must be smiling down upon us! I can hardly believe our good luck at winding up in the same bar tonight. Can you believe it, I graduated from St. Mary's in 1964 my ownself."
About this time, Vicky walks into the bar, sits down, and orders a beer.
Brian, the bartender, walks over to Vicky, shaking his head & mutters, "It's going to be a long night tonight!!!!"
