Planet Earth is Chicago's longest running New Wave club night, since 1994. DJ's Dave Roberts and Kristine spin vicious vinyl and video to a following of the most fierce, fun, and flamboyant people this side of the galaxy.
From 1994-1999, Planet Earth was held every Thursday night at Club 950 until Club 950 closed it's doors in 1999. In 2000, after a brief stop at Halsted Street's Spin, Planet Earth moved to Neo on Thursdays. In March of 2008 Planet Earth left Neo and the successful Planet Earth "Brave New World" was held on Saturday May 24, 2008 at Wicker Parks fabulous Subterranean club. Planet Earth returned to orbit again for a masquerade party on Saturday, November 1st 2008 at Subterranean.
Planet Earth will be returning as a weekly event in 2009. Stay tuned as the world turns...
