The Planeteers, Aberdeen's finest superheroes, formed at the late end of 2004 in Aberdeen, Scotland taking the 3 chord blueprint of The Ramones and blending it with blues, surf, psychobilly and hardcore whilst promoting an eco-friendly message.
The Planeteers have had the opportunity to do 30+ gigs in Aberdeen, Scotland and Northern England playing with bands such as The Queers, Even in Blackouts, Active Minds, Goldblade, Freaks Union, Dead Pets, Zombina and the Skeletones, Eastfield as well as loads of other awesome bands such as The Try Hards, The Upstarts and Alpine Jam amongst others.

The Planeteers played their final gig supporting Marky Ramone in July 2006. There are no further plans for gigging or recording.
