Plastic People’s outstanding local reputation in Athens has been built over 10 years by working in many varied venues from bars & clubs right up to major awards / presentation nights, festivals and also backing major national artists. The band’s action packed line-up using some of Athen's most experienced musicians (most are professionals of 15+yrs standing) consists of drums, keyboard, bass, guitar, high power vocals (lead singer Vicky B. is noted for her energetic stage presence & her incredible voice) and screaming horns ensuring a night of high energy, top quality entertainment and makes them renowned for partying with soul.
Funk, soul , disco, rock, reggae are covered with consummate ease. Plastic People’s biggest highlights include backing Yannis Zouganelis (Greek tv star and musician) and appearing as resident band on S.T.N. club (one of the most famous in Greece) for three years.
The band’s clients are local and nationally based and many are repeat bookings (Starbucks coffee events etc.).
