[PLATFORM]
it is a solo electronic music project russian composer and media artist Pavel I. Pavlov.
First [PLATFORM] or «Basic» album was recorded in period of autumn - winter 2005-2006 in Moscow on independent label "Syngularity".
In early years Pavel has experimented with ambient and electronic sound with ps group in Ulyanovsk city ps mixed some styles like a brit pop, indie, trip hop, ambient, lounge, jungle, noise, shoes gazing and more…
In fall 2005 Pavel decides to begin a new music project which not will be
sounds like a ps. It was a new creating and other aesthetics which do not cross early ps music experience.
In April 12 2006 «Basic» LP [PLATFORM] had been released in web for free download. [PLATFORM] has existence since date of first web release in April 2006.
«Basic» [PLATFORM] consist of twenty one tracks:

During all time playing [PLATFORM] music theme has repeat and it is not simple. One of idea of [PLATFORM] it is a theme of nii.
Abbreviation of nii on russian it means - научно исследовательский институт (nauchno issledovatel..skiy institut), on english - research institute. You can hear a specific sound nii theme in compositions: corridors of nii[snow behind a windows], snow behind a window nii, forgotten[last theme of nii]. nii theme is dedicated to Pavel alma mater is Ulyanovsk Higher Civil Aviation School.
[PLATFORM] is originality and intelligent music experience unlike for all previous ambient works and that is why distinction [PLATFORM] and others ambient works on own characteristic sound not so hard.
Remastered edition of "Basic" [PLATFORM] will be released in 2009 on Compromat
At the end of 2007 year Pavel have started continuation work of [PLATFORM].
Second part of [PLATFORM] which had been released summer 2008 include some new tracks and special version tracks from «Basic» LP.

We want to share with you our new track & video : « Borfoabomba » by Pearls For Swines. This track was made by Pearls For Swines with the audio cubes. N.D. Monroe (IT) provided some of the samples and Swine played with them, add some more & transform them using Percussa & AbletonLive.
