Plaupez is a new talent from Buenos Aires underground. He fell in love with music when he was ten - when taking guitar lessons with his mother in Venado Tuerto, Santa Fe.
From then on, he developed a taste for different music styles but it was at 17 when discovered his genuine passion for electronic sounds.
He started his carreer in the USA as DJ/Producer in San Diego, California. He played in parties and clubs around the area and in Baja California, México.
When he returned to Argentina, he started retouching old productions and at the same time exploring in the creation of styles that where new for him: minimal and tech-house. During 2006 he got a place in the charts of qualified Djs such as DJ Tarkan. In 2007 he released his first EP,“Graveyard Shift”, with the INOQUO Label. This album productions have been heard in the sets of several well-known Djs. During this year he shared both with artists likee: Smash Tv, Anderson Vila Nova, Digital mind Dj, Acampante, and more.
During 2008 he edited 2 Ep: "Dormir con plantas" with Latin America Sounds, "Short forum fight" with Trebol records and A "Class Boredom. 2008 was also a great year for him playing in different clubs in Madrid and sharing booth with artists like Click Box and Smash Tv.
Summer of 2009 found him with 2 Residencies in Ibiza where he lived for almost 6 months. On august the first EP of his label, ALMA SOUL MUSIC, wich he shares with DLOW from Madrid, was released. Nowadays his music is been supported by artists like Dubfire, Richie Hawtin, Gabriel Ananda, Tiger stripes, Livio and Roby, and many more.

Bio Lovers of electronic music have been esteeming Minilogue for many years. In 2008 it is almost impossible to imagine club music without the two musicians from Malmo, Sweden. Nowadays, electronic producers tend to retreat into their special stylistic niche - Minilogue dare to draw the bigger picture. After releasing outstanding productions on such renowned labels as Traum, Crosstown Rebels or Wagon Repair, there opus magnum is to appear on Sven Vaths Cocoon Recordings. There are few producers who match Cocoon's vision of an electronic sound both on the dancefloor and beyond the club so perfectly: "Animals" covers a wide spectrum of music, it reaches from peaktime techno to beatless deep ambient. The full range of Minilogue's vision of electronic music is developed on a double CD, while the vinyl version naturally focuses on the dance tracks. The immediacy of the club tracks sweeps everything away that is circumstantial and long-winded in contemporary dance music. The tracks incorporate the elegance and simplicity of classical early Nineties' techno, the economy and lightness of the minimal sound and the sweetness and charm of the recent developments. "Animals" is not a collection of single tracks but a journey that is supposed be listened form beginning to end, it is mixed in a seamless flow.
