Yes. He's the best music journalist of all time. He also writes for Magnet, and does Bull Tongue with Thurston Moore in Arthur. He's usually pretty quotable. I think he just skips all the records he doesn't like, and instead offers positive reviews for unknown bands who deserve praise.
