About me:
PlayOurMusic is a distribution label of greek and international independent music in Greece, with a short-term goal to spread abroad.
But above all, PlayOurMusic is we, its people.
We believe in what we do, but most of all, we believe in people we work with and of course, the artists themselves. The most important thing for us is that this relationship is based on mutual trust!
Our goal is the direct distribution of music itself in the best possible way, and not merely the distribution of music catalogues! That is precisely the reason we have developed a well-organized distribution network, consisting of large record shop chains, booksellers and smaller record shops in Greece and Cyprus.
But we don’t stop there! To better promote the music itself in parallel with its distribution, we operate a compact online music store, PlayOurMusic.net, with the aim of gathering as many as possible new and older releases of independent albums.
Apart from the physical distribution, we also believe in communication and in promoting the music to the appropriate audience. For this reason, we own our permanent weekly column in the most-visited in Greece online magazine, Avopolis.gr, entitled ‘Do You Wanna PlayOurMusic?’ and run our weekly live radio show on Mindradio.gr. At the same time we organize concerts, events, etc., and participate in the biggest musical events in the country.
