Drawing influences from bands like the Deftones, The Mars Volta, Glassjaw, & Radiohead; Oh The Horror has sculpted their own version of hard rock. While as a unit, ONE TRUE THING begin their journey in becoming a household name, a few of its members are no strangers to the indie rock scene. Vocalist Melanie Wills, contributed vocals to the track 'Short Stories with Tragic Endings' off of FROM AUTUMN TO ASHES debut release Too Bad Youre Beautiful as well as lead vocals on 'Autumns Monologue' on the bands Vagrant Records follow-up, The Fiction We Live. Former bassist Antonio Longo was a founding member & original vocalist for Victory Records recording artists, TAKING BACK SUNDAY. (Mike Pilato ex-FROM AUTUMN TO ASHES replaced Longo in 2006.) With these formal connections, ONE TRUE THING has created a buzz in the indie rock community and has made Finally one of the most anticipated releases in recent memory.
