Our movie tastes vary somewhat, but we all really love Bad Boys 1 and 2, The Rock, and all of Micheal Bay's other films. Micheal Bay is a kick ass director and Mikey Carmean can qoute all of Bad Boys 1. We all also like The first Ninja Turtles, DC's and Marvel's movies, and Sin City. We're huge fans of The Last Boyscout, Back to the Future, Ghostbusters, and all of Kevin Smith's movies.

PLB Comics is a independent comic book company located on the Eastern Shore of Maryland outside of Snow Hill. Many years ago, brothers Josh and Mathew Shockley started creating, writing, and drawing their own comics. The two entrepreneurs decided to make it their goal to produce their own comic books. In high school, they met Mike Carmean, a fellow comic book enthusiast. At the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, a local college, the trio met Karlton Hargrove, another comics enthusiast. Josh Shockley met Matt Lacurts during the filming of The Lumberjack of all Trades during the summer of 2005, Matt designed PLB Comics official website: http://www.plb-comics.com/ and assists PLB with many technical endevors. In the fall of 2006, PLB Comics released thier first issue, PLB Comics Presents #1, a complilation book, featuring short ongoing stories by several artists in several different generes, such as sci-fi film noir, adventure, fantasy, and dark and gritty realism. Along with Josh's and Mathew's stories, the book will also feature work by fellow Snow Hill native Mike Carmean and Karlton Anonthy Hargrove of Oxen Hill, Maryland. The small first print run sold out at the Baltimore Comic Con in September. Second Printings are now available. PLB is currently at work on the second issue which is slated for an early fall 2007 release. All characters are copyright PLB Comics 2006. Any resemblence to persons living or dead is entirely coincidental.
