THE MESSAGE IS SIMPLE: TO PROMOTE THE IDEAS OF PEACE THROUGH THE POWER OF MUSIC.
THE PLEA FOR PEACE FOUNDATION is a non-profit organization that was founded in 1999 by Mike Park, the owner of the independent label Asian Man Records. The goal of the organization is to promote the ideas of peace through the power of music. We believe that all individuals are created equal and through our efforts we hope to create a scene of positive minded people to help bring forth action and education in the process of sharing ideas of peace and practical uses of peace in everyday life. The Plea for Peace Foundation reaches out to youth of today with the acknowledgement that their voices are critical in constructing a positive environment for future generations.
HERE IN EUROPE we are just a few people who spend some money on stuff like stickers and patches to give away for free to spread the positive idea. We also put up solidarity shows every once in a while. All the money that is earned at the shows, if there is anything left, we will spend on something else to make the idea of peace prominent in our world.
IF YOU ARE INTERESTED in supporting us and joining our group or just in free stickers or patches or buttons, just drop us a line. We give them away and we are always looking for people to plaster their cities with stickers.
