You will never know what you will hear in the show room. Anything from Metallica to Jack Johnson to My Chemical Romance.
In the piercing rooms you will hear anything from Rock, Hip-Hop, and Drum and Bass.
* We will not pierce ANYONE without valid photo ID* and proper documentation (if applicable).
* Anyone 18 and older must provide photo ID*. If under 18, a parent or legal guardian must accompany the minor. The minor MUST have a birth certificate AND photo ID*; the parent MUST have a photo ID* and the last names must match. If the last names do not match, legal documentation showing name change or legal guardianship must be provided. We WILL NOT pierce anyone without proper documentation--no exceptions!
* Tongue piercings will only be performed on 16 and over, Navel, Facial and Ear piercings on 13 and over.
* Babies and young children under the age of 12 require only a birth certificate and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
* Anyone between the ages of 12-17 requires a photo ID and birth certificate. They must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
* No genital piercings will be done on anyone under the age of 18!! NO EXCEPTIONS!
*Acceptable photo ID must include one of the following: valid driver’s license, passport, military ID, state issued ID, county issued ID, school ID, yearbook with photo and name of piercee printed underneath.
***All piercings will be done at the discretion of the piercer***
Before you get pierced
* Make sure you have eaten within the past 3 hours
* DO NOT take anything that will thin your blood like alcohol, aspirin, and ibuprofen. It will make you bleed more, which isn’t fun.

Pleasurable Body Piercing is New Jersey's ORIGINAL professional body piercing studio. Pleasurable was started by the flamboyant and charismatic Bill Krebs and his mom, Judy Krebs. At that time, the demand for piercing was primarily from bikers, punks, skaters and the underground gay S&M scene. Bill was one of a handful of piercers in New York City, working out of a photo studio in the Chelsea section of Manhattan, honing his skills and developing quite a reputation. In the fall of 1993, Bill, Judy and a staff of three part timers with a vision opened a 1000 square foot space in suburban Hawthorne, NJ, housing our body piercing studio, shipping department and corporate offices. We soon outgrew this and in June of 1995 expanded into a 5,000 square foot space featuring a showroom, two huge piercing rooms, sterilization room, shipping department and administrative offices to house our staff. We added a new manufacturing facility to produce our own fine jewelry and have since gone on to become one of the most recognized names in the body piercing industry.
Our jewelry, accessories and supplies can be found the world over, in such far away places as Israel, Japan, Germany and Argentina. There is even a Pleasurable Piercings studio in Basel, Switzerland, run by Dani Trachsel.
