Pleasuremaker is able to get it done as a band leader, producer, and DJ.
The San Francisco based Pleasuremaker Band is a dance heavy outfit, that brings together conscious feel good grooves with soulful vocals. The band blends elements of Funk, Afro-Beat, Disco, Electronic, Dub, and Latin influences.
The live shows are a culmination of the live band/ dj experience. Bringing the tightness and seamless mixing of a DJ with the live energy and spontaneity of a live band. Every time Pleasuremaker takes the stage a party will ensue and the dance floor will be in full effect. The good feeling @ a Pleasuremaker show leaves the audience with a sweet taste in their mouth.

To Release isn't to forget, not to think about, or ignore. It doesn't leave feelings of anger, jealousy, or regret. It's not about pride and it's not obsessing or dwelling on the past. It's not about giving in or giving up. To let go is to cherish the memories, but to overcome and move on. Letting go is learning and experiencing and growing. To release is to be thankful for the experiences that made you laugh, made you cry, and made you grow. It's about all that you have, all that you had, and all that you will soon gain. Letting go is releasing and having the courage to accept change, and the strength to keep moving. It is realizing that the heart can sometimes be the most potent remedy. To let go is to open a door, and to clear a path and set yourself free---
Pleasuremaker, remember that it's easy to let go when holding on hurts so bad--so free yourself from all these expectations and just be :-) Hope you find the unity in my new single posted ââ∠âReleaseâââ¬Ã feat. JRockA. So come peep the track! Stay creative and stay connected!!
Hello Faithful
followers!! Sorry for the
disappearing act. Maggie cracked her head open during a basement show, so we’ve
been out(no pun intended) for awhile. She is almost better so when that happens
we’ll be back in the recording studio. In the meantime, we did manage to
convince our buddies at myspace.com/onryeproductions to let us do the video
game SFX that are on their newest episode.
If you are interested
in having a song or songs of yours featured in future episodes please send mp3s
to onryecontact@gmail.com
