About me: I have been known to bring a friend or two dangerously close to peeing their pants with one rant or another. I love to go out to shows, play shows, and generally search for the best hole in the wall restaurant in Seattle(Thai, Indian, Vietnamese, Pizza, Ethiopian, Mexican and anything else). I like to cook for my friends and I recently learned that I will not be a good rhumba dancer until master "The Cuban Motion". But once I do, this city will bow at my feet. I am loyal to my good friends and I am always looking for an excuse to fly to Chicago or New York or some other city larger than Seattle. I play a lot of instruments and sing opera from time to time. Though you have to get me liquored up to sing opera. But secretly I love it. I have been playing in bands since I moved to olympia in 1993 and I love meeting musicians who aren't assholes. I appreciate a person who is not ashamed of loving the Simpsons, or even worse the OC. If you were to describe me as a Conservative Christian right asshole, you would be completely WRONG and I would curse your name. I would forgive you if and only if you agreed to buy me a sundae at Dilletante on Broadway. I melt at the sound of a good accent from about anywhere but the northwest. I could die happy if I could write an album of love songs like Stephen Merritt from the Magnetic Fields.
I will still check this profile, but come and support a Reverb1. It is local. and the people are nice!
Who I'd like to meet: A wily, smart, accordian-playing pirate woman. Is that too much to ask?
