PLYMPTON APPEARANCES – JAN/FEB.

Monday, January 14 - The new year kicks off with the annual
Kodak Animation Screening.  The program will include excerpts
from Bill Plympton's upcoming feature "Idiots and Angels",
along with new episodes of Signe Baumane's "Teat Beat of Sex",
Andy and Carolyn London's "Letter to Colleen", Arthur Metcalf's
short "Fantasie in Bubblewrap", Dan Pinto's "Hedgehog",
Alex Budovsky's "Last Time in Clerkenwell" and more - the
screening will be at the Eastman Kodak Theater in New York City,
located at 360 West 31st St., 2nd Floor, for more details

January 30-Feb. 2 - Bill Plympton will appear at the Projector
Animation Festival in Dundee, Scotland.  Projector is a 4-day
extravaganza of animation screenings, workshops and
master-classes along with a special program in collaboration
with Manipulate, Scotland's new visual theater festival.

There is a Plympton retrospective being planned for the Lille
Animation Festival in France, March 6-9.  More information
on this event will be available in our next newsletter.

Also, start making your plans for the New York Comic Con,
on April 18-20 at the Jacob Javits Convention Center.  The Con

FESTIVAL SCHEDULE - "SHUTEYE HOTEL"

Bill Plympton's new short film "Shuteye Hotel" is a cartoon-noir
murder mystery that takes place in a sleazy hotel - as cops
investigate the gruesome murders, they become victims of an
evil force.  "Shuteye" will do for sleeping what "Jaws" did for swimming...
