Hi, About me.... I am me, my self, and I. Yes, I am an individual. I tend to be Laissez-faire. Yet live life to the fullest. I may follow friends, but I try not to just be a part of the crowd. The balance is not to be alone. I like local stuff over the big commercial thing. Casual but conscious and basically professional. I would rather eat at that hole in the wall that you are surprised can stay open.

Hate the winter except for fresh snow. I like the change in weather, but seek warmth (that means summer is better than winter, and being south is no good if you can't enjoy the snow). I like to play in the rain, take bubble baths with my girl, keep active, do some yoga, be adventurous, explore the world, and get my adrenalin pumping.... all this so I can live life fully. I love being barefoot running in the grass, playing in the mud, or lounging around the house. So I guess I like to be outside doing anything, unless its cold. Either way I like to be curled up under the stars, by a fire, in a hammock, watching a movie, or just being. And I like to get my vitamin D naturally.

Oh yea there is more. I like chocolate, and I am a sucker for the unhealthy. Except for those few occasions that I skip licking to the center of a lolly pop I do pretty good at being healthy. (Moderation, and avoid the white stuff if possible--After all I am a natural health professional) I just don't like to go overboard. Might as well live life. The biggest thing that lengthened life is the reduction of infant mortality. Natural medicine and common sense* worked well for thousands of years before the drug companies decided they could make more $$$ on synthetics. (*Common sense something lacking in modern life--stop suing everyone and take responsibility--plus we don't want to pay more just so you can be rich)

And more, I am touchy feely. No, not the smother type. I do like to cuddle and hang out. I'll rub your back randomly and everyone else’s. I much prefer a good firm touch over that light annoying thing.

I am from the Kansas City area I live on the Missouri side in Midtown. Its great all sorts of stuff going on, and the culture is great. No nothing to be scared of. Sure I like the city, but I also like the country…. Anything but the burbs and the wacky neighbors.

I have faith!

I don't like pushy people weather its trying to convince me of something or because you like me its just a turn off, and I'll end up running away. I can be pushy, but I try to look at both sides and consider what others are going through... please show the same respect.

I don't get jealous, but do feel bad when I get left out.

I am a casual person and Laissez-faire most of the time. I am typically a t-shirt and jeans kinda guy. But enjoy dressing up sometimes. I do not like suits but something a bit more wild and crazy almost shocking--Well I can be shocking I just try to avoid people that are shocked too easily especially when I do that—and that is more than just dress I have an alt side too. Why is it girls get to have all the fun.

I like a girl like me. Someone who does not always feel the need to primp, but can have fun too. From the casual girl next door to a fairy, gaudy, hippy, earthy, or blackened and pale person, but most of the time is just natural and themselves. That also means they should be there own person. Someone who does something because I like it, but also because they want to not as a requirement most of the time.

Basically I like people* who are down to earth, not high maintenance, creative, fun, and not a lazy couch potato. But am good to all. (*people, animals, and all living things)

I am not the tallest. No, I don't have a complex, but it is a nice excuse for requesting that you not wear high heels. Its just not healthy flats or flip flops are nice. Flip Flops are nice cause they give the freedom without the risk of damage and allow one to lose them to go barfuss. (Ok I can hear it now so I'll respond. As far as health goes Flip Flops don't provide support, but they are better than tight shoes and much better than heels. They are almost like going barefoot the way god made us.)

And above all, I'll be there for you.

Wow how's that for an update.... I am sure there is more, but its good for now.

(My first about me on MySpace...It's still good so I kept it) I am me....ok I guess I am suppose to say something. I am actually fairly quiet until you get to know me. But I still like the song You say it best when you say nothing at all. You know, I don't really know my music, what its called from day to day. All I know is that I like the alternative stuff weather thats industrial, goth, house, psy, trance, techno, electronica. I think its all cool so long as its not too loud. The hip-hop and rap does not really do much for me. I am also not a big dancer unless I have had a bunch to drink, and plenty of encouragement. That said I like Lindy, West Coast Swing, and line dances (yes I know country too). I listen to a lot of soothing music as a part of my job. To relax and ease tension.

Shows... hmmm Beaumont/Westport Beach Club Has some good ones, Davey's, Grand Emporium, (I thought I was going to start liking The Hurricane again, but not so sure now), Mikes, Bottleneck, (I liked AC's. Slamerss, and the Cab). Anywhere Rico Plays/spins, Point. Grinders, and to close it down The Caddy Shack is always good. I like to watch kundalini and the red moon belly dancers, and what ever show they are at....their drummers are great too. Don't forget the shows Mr. Spankman promotes/puts together. As well at places you find poi especially fire poi.

I believe I am an aspie. That makes it harder for me to socialize. Thus I keep quiet. It does not mean I don't want to, or anything. Sometimes I'll say something that I shouldn't or at the wrong time. Hey it me, we are all weird. It makes me better at work, and hyper aware. I don't always look you in the eye. In fact some go so far as to say it hurts and breaks down communication with an aspie. I also wonder off every so often....keeps me in good spirits... I have a full list I'll share with you some time.

I like to keep busy. What can I say life is better when you are doing stuff... even if that is smelling the roses. I am active and healthy. Go to fires with the Red Cross. Play ultimate frisbee, do yoga or piyo, live life fully, Love the outdoors. Would rather it be hot than freezing. I like camping, floating, getting and giving massages. The country is nice, quiet, natural, free, full of life you know all the growing plants; the city is so happening full of life, music, stuff and more; The burbs are bad not unique, stifling (I am not spelling now its free typing), and just repetitive, picky, nosy, weird in a bad way neighbors.
