About me:
Podium Productions is an extreme sports event coordination company developed to help promote, organize, and produce extreme sports events. With a race-ready event staff, Podium can handle all coordinating needs from assisting with existing events to fully promoting, organizing, and running races. Currently we are focused on our growing Motocross, Mini 4 Stroke, Quad, Trophy Kart and UTVcross racing. Producing over 200 events a year, Podium Productions is becoming a top coordination company in the motocross industry and are proud to help bring racing back to local communities. Whatever your coordinating needs may be, we are ready to take you to the top of the podium.
Promoting: Podium Productions promotes events and races on several different levels, including but not limited to, website advertising, magazine advertising, announcements at motocross events, flyer distribution, apparel distribution, and personal involvement and representation at most motocross industry events.
Organizing: Podium Productions employs a staff of coordinators with experience in the industry to help produce an organized, fun event that benefits organizations, racers, and the community as well.
Producing: Podium Productions staff is involved in every aspect of running an event including track maintenance and set-up, staging and starting, rider registration, trackside data entry, scoring, flagging, announcing, and more. Podium Productions strives to provide organizations and tracks with the best help possible. Races are broken down by age, class, and/or ability level. Each race includes practice laps, and two motos. Podium Productions uses Trackside software to provide error-free data entry and scoring. Announcers keep racers informed of everything from race order and sponsorship information to play-by-play action and race results. Podium gives trophies and sponsor prizes to winners at all events, as well as drawings for additional prizes. Winners and competitors dedicated to the whole series are rewarded with everything from plaques to bikes, gear, and much more. Podium Productions also participates in Pro-payback programs.
