Esta conformado por cuatro integrantes:

Este proyecto fue creado a finales del 2007 en el desertico estado de Arizona de donde an saltado a la fama varias bandas de rock, punk, hardcore, etc. tales como Bless the Fall, Jimmy Eat World, Job For A Cowboy, Eye Set To Kill, Authority Zero, etc. PoeNA tiene una perspectiva y una meta hacia el triunfo... POENA; en sus cinco letras que la forman, dan un significado a dolor mental, e incluso POENA era el nombre que se le daba a una diosa romana la cual era la encargada de castigar a los merecidos; en conclusion, POENA es una palabra en su idioma latin, que traducida al espanol significa dolor... Este proyecto esta basado en el dolor, pero no un simple dolor de derrota o amargura, si no de arrepentimiento y cambios emocionales, por lo tanto sus letras y canciones inspiran a seguir la vida a pesar de fuertes caidas emocionales; por ejemplo, una cancion de desamor con segunda parte. Cambiando de tema; POENA busca algo mas que musica para los oidos, como por ejemplo musica para la mente, ya que sus letras llevan mensajes psicologicos para bien. Ahora hablemos un poco del sentido de la musica que POENA quiere brindar. El estilo es indefinible ya que la musica es mesclada entre varios generos musicales y por lider el rock, la musica es intensa, para asi despertar el sentido emocional de la audiencia, llegando al punto de controlar el ritmo de su palpitacion. Tambien por otra parte tenemos las voces que inspiran llanto pero a la vez mucha fuerza, sin olvidar 'los gritos' que son aplicados en la musica interpretando momentos de la vida en que uno suele gritar, por ejemplo: cuando una persona esta frustrada, triste, desahuciada, pero a la vez orgullosa, fuerte y decidida; asi es como POENA convierte un simple grito a melodia. POENA quiere ver un cambio en la audiencia, quiere encontrar la salida con palabras, quiere anunciar que llego la hora de ver el llanto como una descarga emocional que da para bien, porque todo es naturalmente mental..

This project was created at the end of 2007 in the sandy and deserted state of Arizona home to various bands of different genres ranging from rock, metal and hardcore who had their claim to fame such as Bless the Fall, Jimmy Eat World, Job For A Cowboy, Eyes Set To Kill, Authority Zero, and so on. Poena has the right mindset and the ambition to reach eminence. POENA; in its five letters embody and give the meaning of mental pain, inclusively POENA was the name given to the roman goddess who was the one responsible for punishing the guilty; in conclusion, POENA is given its significance from its Latin origin and when you translate it to Spanish it gives you pain. This project is based on pain, but not the one that is brought about with a defeat or failure, but of regret and emotional changes. It is because of that definition that the lyrics and the songs inspire to keep moving forward with life despite detrimental emotional downfalls, it is like a song of unrequited love but with a second ending. POENA seeks for something more than music just made for listening , but music made for the mind since their lyrics bring about psychological messages that can only benefit. Now, let’s talk a little about what kind of sentiment POENA wants to dictate through their music. Their style is indescribable and indefinable since it is mixed with different genres of music but letting rock be its leader, the music is intense as if to awaken the emotional side of their audience, getting to know and to manipulate the rhythm of their palpitations. Also, we have the voices that inspire distraught sobbing but at the same giving the much strength, and not forgetting about the 'screams' that are applied to the music as to interpret moments in life where one urges to scream; for example: when a soul is frustrated, dismal, terminal but at the same time feeling proud, reinforced and decisive; and that is the manner in which POENA converts a simple scream into an intricate yet beautiful melody. POENA wants to see a change in their audience, Wants to find the way out with words, Wants to announce the arrival of the hour in which crying is sought out as a way to relief emotional troubles, because in the end, everything is naturally mental...
