A non-cooled house feels fine after hours walking in the Tucson Sun passing out Artisans Farm flyers. Great head-ache remedy, some cool tea!Mood: refreshed refreshed12 hours ago view more

About me:

"I’ve been searching Gods all my life, now I know them. There is a meaning to life. There are things worth believing in. There are things worth being passionate about.

All of this plays a part in trying to give a positive sense of something to believe in. A positive crusade of thought, of meditation, of emotion - that you can use to advance humanity tremendously - and that excises deliberately the God of War.

When you find the Gods inside yourself, you’ll find the God of war and he will be one of the most powerful passions in you. You have to freeze him in his own private hell and make your positive Gods the Gods that take you over.

And by the Gods that take you over, I mean you have to find those passions that are so much more powerful in you than anything you’ve been allowed to express in your life - and making those things the things that you work on - not putting off until you’re 40 or 50. The things you feel passionate about at the age of 15 and 16, and going directly to those things and trying to implement them when you’re 20.

Pass go, forget the 200 dollars, go directly to Park Place and put your life there, on the line, with all the emotion, power and passion and insight in you.

And fuck the God of war." -Howard Bloom

"I believe that liberation, or let's even say, decency as a human quality, is an actual resonance and anticipation of this future perfected state of humanity. We can will the perfect future into being by becoming microcosms of the perfect future, and no longer casting blame outward on institutions or hierarchies of responsibility and control, but by realizing the opportunities here, the responsibilities here, and the two may never be congruent again, and the salvation of your immortal soul may depend on what you do with the opportunity." -Terence McKenna

I'm glad you like the bug. I really love that car and I hope it's helping you and Chris.
Yeah I'm up here for the summer following a seasonal job I got hooked up with. It's not quite working out to be what I expected it to be. I guess it could be worse. Yeah Dez misses me a whole lot I'll be back home in September.
That would be really freaking cool to get a job for the Weekly! That's my favorite paper in Tucson. What would you be doing? I hope you get the job!
well Hope all is well. talk to you soon.

Landen is doing really really well. He will be 6 weeks soon and is growing like a weed. We are both adjusting to the new house and living on our own without my folks and are doing rather well, even though I still spend a lot of evenings over there. I am working full time still, and working at unpacking the house in the evens, and of course taking care of Landen. Overall I am in high spirits and doing well. I miss Jorden terriably and wish he was home, but he will be back soon. Only 7 more months. Also, yes, we are in Colorado. When Jorden is out of the army he is going to go to school here at the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs, so we will be here for a while.
So how are you and Tim and your little one doing? I need an update on how life has been to you. Also, I joined facebook. It's a little easier for me cause I can get on facebook at work, but I can't get on myspace. Anyways, if you are on facebook you should look me up. Also, Jorden, Landen and I got some family photos done while he was home on leave and I put them on facebook.
Well, take care and I hope to hear from you soon.

Turned out to be the video card on this one. I shouldn't have panicked like I did and busted out with the fire distinguisher. Might have saved a mess and lung.
