Music
Hip Hop, classical, meditation and nature music whatever it's called. Good r&b oldies, sometimes reggae. I love to dance, anything that can make me move.
Movies
I like comedy and most of all martial arts movies, from old to new.
Television
I love the National Geographic Chanel, Discovery, sometimes TLC.
Books
I love to read non-fiction books, mostly herbal and self knowledge. I like to study scripture to enhance my spiritual understanding.
Heroes
Definately Tahirih, a very strong, passionate woman who also wrote the most beautiful poetry. A great example of what a woman should be.

About me: I write poetry which is my first love. I do massage therapy and colon hydrotherapy for a living. I love to help people whether it's listening or hands on healing. I am currently studying to be a master herbalist. I start a lot of things and don't finish them. I am very passionate about my hobbies and very social, yet I am very private too. I have a lot of friends but very few people are close to me. I love music and now I do yoga. Great excercise for the mind and body.
Who I'd like to meet: Jet Li, Denzel Washington and Lauryn Hill. Oh and Talib Kweli, he's dope. Mos Def would be great to kick it with and the original Whitney Houston would be great to hear live in concert.

Now thats pretty...I love spoken word tracks. At the beginning of the beat I got distracted but once it opened up and the lyrics were coming through I really start feeling it all the way through. I think it was right!....are you doing more of these, I would like to hear another sometime.
