About Poetry Over Music

THE POETRY OVER MUSIC MOVEMENT STANDS AS A SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR ARTISTS WHO ARE GEARED TO PRESERVING AND CONTROLLING THEIR ART. THIS MOVEMENT IN WHOLE REPRESENTS ALL ARTISTS WHO ARE MOTIVATED AND INSPIRED TO MAKE A CHANGE IN THIS INDUSTRY AND MAKE A VOICE FOR THE TRUE ARTISTS WHO DON'T GET ENOUGH AIRPLAY BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT CONFORMING TO THE MAINSTREAM. OUR GOAL IS TO PROVIDE A PLATFORM FOR ARTISTS THAT WILL GIVE RESOURCES, BUILD A NETWORK AMONGST VARIOUS FIELDS FROM POETS, TO SINGERS TO PRODUCERS TO AUTHORS, AND AGENCIES. THIS MOVEMENT IS A MOVEMENT FOR THE ARTISTS BY US THE ARTISTS. THERE IS NO CEO OR EXECUTIVE BEHIND A DESK TELLING US WHAT WILL SELL AND HOW TO STYLE OUR ART. WE CONTROL OUR OWN DESTINY'S AND WE CAN MAKE A GREAT IMPACT IN THIS WORLD IF WE BAND TOGETHER. WE WANT TO BRING BACK THE ROOTS OF MUSIC/ART AND RESTORE IT'S BEAUTY. SOME MAY SAY MUSIC/ART HAS GRADUALLY FADED. BUT THIS IS A MOVEMENT TO REVIVE THE ARTS. THERE ARE REAL MUSICIANS AND ARTIST OUT THERE WHO DO NOT RECEIVE THE RESPECT NOR ATTENTION THEY DESERVE.
