Band "Po glazam" has been created in the spring of 2000. In 2003 band issued album "Solntse razlivaetsa" at the one of biggest Russian labels "Real Records". At that time sound of "Po glazam" has been produced by Max Fadeev (Linda, Total, Yulia Savicheva, Serebro etc) and Evgeny Stupka (Zemfira, Okean Elzy etc). In 2003 band has been awarded "Rock discovery of the year in Russia".

The constant part of the band, it's unchangable center, lead singer and songwriter is girl named Stasya. Where she has appeared from? Stasya answers simply: "From my summer house. There we started it, with street companies and friendly parties. We've recorded a very beautiful album with sunny, positive music. I have discovered other side of rock-n-roll. Which is different to the social and dark one. I think we're doing something new. May be it is a bit strange. But it is because I get ideas from very strange sources. This are my internal thoughts, which are different from what surrounds us. Musician not only has right, but he must to speak from the stage about something which takes attention of our society. I'm not trying being strange. I'm really interested and consider important what I sing. It is exciting sometimes to try different images. The title of the band "Po glazam" (By eyes) iis also a bit strange, and it was born simply by chance. Recently I've read a book which said that there is something extra hidden in the words, in letters, than we usually think. According to this theory "po" means to "move up" . I think it is very good!".

"I never thought we will qualify to the final. Belive me, it is true! But I'm really happy that time when people can form own opinion not following crowd, are not afraid of surprises, has really come. You probably noticed my dress with flags of different countries - I'm not a politician, I'm citizen of the world, and I want to speak from the stage about life of people and it's value, and it is not important for us, the band, in which contest or concert to do it.
Our team is very happy with the results of the work on the song "Devochka 3000", as this is the first work of a new line-up of the band "Po Glazam", which should show the direction and style of new material, we've already started working on. I need to add that we don't follow fashion and do not count something in advance... we try to create something modern by ourselves. We're serious team where everyone knows what he is doing, I have priceless experience in show-biz and album "Solntse razlivaetsa", one I'm really proud of. Qualification to the Eurofet final is not a coincidence, but result of our creative work, we're calm and confident in ourselves, as we know that we can surpise and get surprised!"
