2/94, Kobi and Matt start a band w/ Brad. Keith joins. We're young, we're having fun, we're in love with Velocity Girl and Versus. 2 tours, 3 records (all singles). Each set contains great hooks, lots of dancing and plenty of show ending noise. 11/95, Kobi decides to leave. 01/96, Susie joins. We're still young, we're still having fun, we're still in love... this time w/ Superchunk, Yo La Tengo and the like. 1 tour, 2 singles (one w/ our friends, Braid!), a full length, a song on Volume 1 of the Emo Diaries, and a tear-filled final show on 2/21/98. Each set contains lots of guitar, more great hooks, and still plenty of show ending noise (with a possible appearance by Pohgoh's alter-egos, Killer Party!).
Fast forward a few years... We are married, we are engaged, we are an attorney, we are a parent, we are still loving music more than ever. Pohgoh changed all of our lives... it has never left us.
And now we celebrate 4 years of sweat and tears (no blood), with a brand new 19 song discography (Completely Re-Mastered!) containing every song ever released by the band on one CD, including early rare singles w/ original singer, Kobi!
* POHGOH IS NO MORE AND HAS NOT BEEN FOR QUITE SOME TIME * (1994-1998)
UPDATE: Pohgoh reunited for one night on December 25, 2005 for a special cause. The show was to benefit the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. This cause hits close to home for Pohgoh as singer/guitarist, Susie Richardson (now Ulrey) was diagnosed with MS in October 2001. Please visit www.nmss.org for more info.

Wow. Pohgoh. I remember very seriously considering stealing my parents car and driving down to Florida to see that last show in 98. You are one of the bands I always wanted to see play but you never came to Illinois...
So, that hot chick, two comments down from me? Well, she was what is commonly refered to by most silly-girls as my 'B.F.F.' - and together, we would listen, and muse upon our coolness. Turns out, it was not until MUCH later that either of us became anything of the sort.... in a[n extremely] round-about sort of way, y'all are apart of who we became. So, uh, basically, good job....
