Sounds Like
Depends what mood I'm in: If I need to get something off my chest then something heavy duty is required. If I'm feeling nostalgic then something melancholy inevitably transpires. Occasionally I just make something silly.
Point B is the creation of Merseyside born Richard Bultitude. Since the days of his experimental leftfield rock four-track recordings he has come a long way, both musically and geographically. Now residing in London, he has been invloved with the labels SCSI Av, Erratica, Colony Productions, Orson, Combat Recordings and, most recently, Frijsflo beats. The range of moods and rhythms has led to Point B material being licenced to Television, 3G music and video providers and high profile compliation/mix cds.
Although a steady theme can be found throughout Point B's back catalogue, his sound has morphed from that which embraced the metallic soul of electro to the dynamic rhythms of his more recent material. Having sought out a label that was prepared to take on his more personal sounds, Point B found his new home in the SCSI Av imprint. Returning to his dancefloor roots Combat Recordings now host many of Point B's most adventurous and addictive sounds.
